Jeu Chimie Account and Data Deletion

Jeu Chimie players can request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting support. This page applies to the mobile app published as Dots Game / Jeu Chimie by Flowify.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email flowify.app@gmail.com from the email address connected to your account, if available.
  2. Use the subject line: Jeu Chimie account deletion request.
  3. Include your player nickname, user ID if known, and whether you want your account deleted or only specific data removed.

What We Delete

When we verify the request, we delete or anonymize account profile data, authentication links, profile images, support records tied only to the account, and user-generated content where deletion is technically and legally possible.

What May Be Kept

We may keep limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment or tax records, dispute resolution, or service integrity. Public multiplayer history, tournament records, and moderation records may be anonymized instead of removed when deletion would affect other players or the integrity of the game.

Timing

We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible. Deletion or anonymization may take additional time to complete across backups, analytics, hosting, and third-party service providers.
